2Account Registration & Verification

To open an account with 88hi, you must register with accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false details may be closed at any time, and any funds on balance may be forfeited.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

88hi supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in BDT.

KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. Withdrawals may be required to use the same method as the original deposit. 88hi reserves the right to place a hold on transactions pending investigation in cases of suspicious activity.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies once on the first deposit.
• To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of typically 10–30x must be met.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Each promotion has a set validity period; once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled.

5Betting Rules

Before placing bets on 88hi, we recommend familiarising yourself with the specific rules for each game or sport. General betting policies are outlined below:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 88hi reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a disconnection occurs during live betting, the bet will be settled at the odds applicable at the time of disconnection.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• Bets linked to match-fixing or any illegal activity will be declared void.

6Prohibited Activities

7Account Suspension & Closure

• Violation of Terms.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of false information.
• Account inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance before the account is closed.
